Which accounting software does Levia work with?

Xero, PEAK, FlowAccount and Express. Another accounting software can be added on request.

Can Levia prepare Thai tax filings?

Yes. She prepares PP.30, PND.3 and PND.53, checks them against your books, and translates filed forms into English. Your team reviews and approves before anything is filed.

Does Levia file with the Revenue Department?

No. She prepares the filings: PND.3 and PND.53 files ready to upload with RD Prep, and the PP.30 report in Excel. Your team checks them and files.

What if Levia makes a mistake?

She checks every total and looks for duplicates before booking anything, and stops to ask your team when something is unclear. Nothing is final until your accountants approve it.

How is my clients' data handled?

Each firm gets its own Levia, set up separately from other firms. She only reaches the accounting files you connect and the folders you share with her, and she never changes who can access your files. Her server is hosted in Germany.
